About Me
My coaching niche is Leadership. I work with leaders and people aspiring to lead. I’ve been in the leadership business for over 30 years. and leadership, leading and changing lives have been core elements of my career. As a leader and manager, I have seen the impact that leadership development can have in an organisation. I’m in coaching to help managers get results as leaders, have influence and build high performing teams.
My career experiences have been diverse, developing people and organisations here in NZ and offshore in Asia and the Middle East. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation, a Fellow of the NZ Psychological Society and a Distinguished Fellow of the HR Institute of New Zealand.
